The role

As an Architect, you will lead a small production team on our projects. You will run the architectural BIM models and coordination, check the quality of what the team delivers, and be the technical contact for the client on architectural matters.

What you will do

• Set up and maintain project BIM models in line with the BIM Execution Plan and project requirements.
• Keep the federated model up to date each week and resolve clashes with the project engineers.
• Assign and follow up tasks for your team, and review the quality of their work.
• Prepare RFIs, technical reports and monthly project reports.
• Make sure submissions to the client match the agreed scope, milestones and quality checklists.
• Lead technical and coordination meetings with clients, and support progress meetings.
• Work with the Project Manager on the delivery plan, budget and monthly technical certification.
• Coach and mentor team members, and help build tools such as plugins and scripts that speed up delivery.

What you will bring

• BSc in Architectural Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in architectural design and BIM.
• Strong skills in BIM modelling, drafting and design, and good office software skills.
• Clear technical writing, attention to detail, and the ability to plan and lead a team.

Good to have

• A project management certificate.

Location and work

Full-time, office-based in Amman, Jordan, with occasional travel.
